The United Nations Student Association (UNSA) is an apolitical student society that actively promotes awareness of the United Nations and international issues at the University of Queensland. UNSA encourages student participation in and representation through fund-raising, education, volunteer and career opportunities, discussions and social events.
Aims and Objectives
· To promote an awareness and understanding of the United Nations system, international affairs and issues
· To provide a forum for student discussion and debate on the work of the various affiliated bodies of the United Nations as well as on topical international issues
· To liaise with other like-minded groups and organisations both on and off campus at the local, national and international levels and work with such groups in the goal of education about key political, humanitarian and social issues.
